Terms of Service

Pickle Rezerve Sports Center (“PCKL RZRV”, “we”, “us”) operates an indoor pickleball venue at Lot 5-C-6 Camanse, Karlaville N, Prenza II, Marilao, Bulacan. You can reach us at support@picklerezerve.club.

• Provide accurate, current information (your name, email, and Philippine mobile number).
• One account per person. Keep your password confidential — you are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly of any unauthorized use.
• We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms.

• Rates are charged per court, per hour and are set per court. Prices are subject to change; the rate shown at checkout is final and is what you pay. Standard operating hours are 10:00 AM–10:00 PM on Mondays and Tuesdays and 8:00 AM–10:00 PM from Wednesday to Sunday, and may vary by date — the booking calendar shows the times available on a given day.
• A booking account is required to reserve, pay for, and manage court time.
• To book, reserve a slot and pay via the QR code shown at checkout using GCash, Maya, or any InstaPay-supported banking app, then upload your payment receipt. Your slot is held for 15 minutes while payment is completed. Unpaid reservations expire and the slot is released back to the calendar.
• Bookings are confirmed only after we manually verify your receipt. We email you once confirmed, and your booking status updates to confirmed. If we cannot verify a receipt, we will email you to re-upload it; if it is still not verified, the reservation may be released.
• Present your booking reference at the front desk to check in.
• Tournaments, events, and private parties are arranged with us directly rather than through the online booking calendar. Availability, rates, minimum hours, and any deposit are agreed in writing with us before the event, and those agreed terms apply in place of the standard court rate for that booking. Everything else in these Terms still applies.
• Walk-ins are welcome subject to court availability, but online bookings take priority.

• All bookings are final — non-refundable and non-rebookable, including no-shows and late arrivals. A late arrival does not extend your slot — the clock runs from your booked start time. Please review your date and time before you pay.
• Consistent with the Consumer Act (RA 7394): if we cancel or cannot provide a court you booked, you are entitled to a full refund or a reschedule, at your choice.
• Any refund we approve is returned to your original GCash or Maya account within 7 business days.
• Tournaments, events, and private parties follow the cancellation and deposit terms agreed with us in writing for that booking, which take precedence over this section.

• Do not use bots, scripts, or any automated means to access the website, scrape data, or make bookings.
• Do not interfere with the website’s operation or other users, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or account.
• Follow venue house rules and staff instructions while on-site.

• Footwear: non-marking indoor court shoes are required on court. Casual or running shoes with dark or chunky treads, boots, sandals, and slippers are not allowed on the playing surface. Our team may ask you to change footwear or leave the court, and no refund is due where play is shortened for this reason.
• Food and drinks: outside food and drinks are allowed at the venue, but must be consumed outside the courts, in the seating area, to keep the playing surface clean, dry, and safe. Only sealed or capped water bottles may be brought courtside. Drinks are also available for purchase onsite. Please dispose of your rubbish in the bins provided; we may charge for cleaning or repair of damage beyond normal wear.

The PCKL RZRV name, logo, branding, website design, text, and other content are owned by or licensed to us and are protected under the Intellectual Property Code (RA 8293). You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use them without our written permission. You may use the website only to make and manage your own bookings.

• We work to keep the website available and accurate, but we provide it “as is” without warranties, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for losses arising from website downtime, delays, scheduling or display errors, or failed or duplicated transactions. If a system error affects your booking, our responsibility is limited to confirming an equivalent slot or refunding what you paid for the affected booking.
• This section concerns the booking system only. The physical risks of play are addressed separately in the Liability Waiver. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Philippine law — including gross negligence, willful misconduct, or your rights under the Consumer Act (RA 7394).

How we collect, use, and protect your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy, in line with the Data Privacy Act (RA 10173).

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new “last updated” date. Continuing to use the website means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the proper courts of Bulacan, without prejudice to any consumer-protection venue required by law.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full force.
