Good to know

How do I book a court?
Create an account, choose your date, pick an open time slot, and lock in your court. That's it — your pickleball era starts now.
How do I pay?
Reserve first, then pay via QR code using GCash, Maya, or any InstaPay-supported banking app, and upload your receipt. Your court is held for 15 minutes, so don’t ghost the payment — unpaid slots automatically reopen.
How will I know my booking is confirmed?
Our team gives every receipt a quick check before confirming your booking. Once approved, you’ll get a confirmation email, or your booking status will show as confirmed. If we can’t verify your receipt, we’ll email you to re-upload it — no panic, we’ll help you keep your slot.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
When you book a court, we hold that time just for you. If it gets cancelled, it’s often too late for another group to take it — so all bookings are final once paid, with no refunds, credits, or rebooking.
Can I host a tournament, event, or party?
Yes — we host tournaments, corporate and team events, birthdays, and private parties. These are booked with us directly, not through the online calendar. Message us with your preferred date, time, and expected number of players, and we’ll walk you through availability and rates.
When are your courts open?
Monday–Tuesday: 10:00 AM–10:00 PM
Wednesday–Sunday: 8:00 AM–10:00 PMTimes can vary by date — the booking calendar shows what’s available on your date.
What should I bring?
Bring: non-marking court shoes, water, and your main character energy.Non-marking court shoes are indoor sports shoes with smooth, light rubber or gum soles that don’t leave streaks — pickleball, badminton, volleyball, squash, or indoor tennis shoes all work. If the sole leaves a mark when you drag it on the floor, it’s not court-safe.Not allowed on court: casual sneakers or running shoes with dark or chunky treads, boots, sandals, and slippers. They scuff the surface and are a slip and ankle risk, so our team may ask you to change before you play.Forgot your paddle? We got you — paddles and balls are available to rent, and drinks are available onsite to keep the rallies and vibes going.
Can I bring outside food and drinks?
Yes — outside food and drinks are welcome. Please consume them outside the courts, in the seating area, so the playing surface stays clean, dry, and safe for everyone. Only sealed or capped water bottles belong courtside.We also have drinks available onsite if you’d rather travel light. Please clean up after your session and use the bins provided.
