This Privacy Policy explains how Pickle Rezerve Sports Center (“PCKL RZRV”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use our booking website, in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).

1.Data we collect

Your name, email, Philippine mobile number, booking history, and the payment receipts you upload. Our venue is also monitored by CCTV for safety and security, which may capture identifiable persons.

2.How we use it

To create your account, process and confirm bookings, verify payments, contact you about your bookings, and meet our legal and accounting obligations.

3.Sharing

We do not sell your data. A receipt you upload is sent to our staff inbox for verification. We share your data only as needed to operate the service or as required by law.

4.Retention

We keep booking and payment records only as long as needed for the service and for legal and tax purposes, then securely dispose of them.

5.Your rights

You may access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, subject to records we must keep by law. Contact our Data Protection Officer at privacy@picklerezerve.club.

6.Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new “last updated” date.
